I am attracted to the idea of doing my will myself because my estate seems simple and I would rather not spend much money. I am beginning to wonder whether the risk is less about filling in the form and more about choosing the wrong structure. What problems are most likely to show up later with a do it yourself will that looked fine when it was signed?
